How to Sync LinkedIn Messages (Pro Plan)

The messages do not sync in a pop-up window with messages on the profile's page.





If configured correctly (learn where to configure here), the LinkedIn messages sync feature works during the profile creation process and in the 'Messaging' tab.

However, please note that profile creation sync is only possible in regular LinkedIn, while the 'Messaging' tab sync is available in all LinkedIn plans.

Steps to Sync Messages in the 'Messaging' Tab



Ensure Profile is Saved in CRM
Verify that the LinkedIn profile is saved in your CRM and contains the LinkedIn URL. (No LinkedIn URL error? Visit here)

Open the Messaging Tab
Navigate to LinkedIn's 'Messaging' tab.

Sales Navigator
Sales Navigator Inbox

LinkedIn Recruiter
Recruiter Inbox

Open a Dialogue Window
Open a dialogue window with the person whose messages you want to sync.
