On the Fly Profile View (Pro Plan)



The "On the Fly Profile View feature allows you to view up to 3 CRM fields directly on LinkedIn without opening the profile in your CRM.

If you have the LinkMatch Pro plan, you can configure this feature on the Options page.

You can choose any module and any available field

Below are three particularly useful fields to display in your On the Fly Profile View, each offering quick insights without leaving LinkedIn:

Open in CRM (Contact Profile Link)
- Why It’s Useful: This clickable link lets you jump directly to the corresponding CRM record from LinkedIn. It’s available on any LinkedIn page where LinkMatch displays the On the Fly info—such as search results, connections pages, or an individual profile.
- Benefit: Saves time by eliminating the need to navigate your CRM to find the correct record.

Modified Time (Last Edited)
- Why It’s Useful: This shows when someone last updated this contact in your CRM.
- Benefit: Quickly assess how recent your CRM data is for that contact—if they haven’t been updated in a while, you might need to refresh their details.

Position Title (Job Title in Zoho CRM)
- Why It’s Useful: This field reveals the job title stored in Zoho CRM, which may differ from what’s currently on LinkedIn if the contact has changed roles.
- Benefit: It highlights when your CRM’s information is out of date, alerting you to review the contact and update any discrepancies.

Here is how it looks on the profile page. The fields chosen are displayed in the screenshot above

The field must contain data in CRM to be displayed. Otherwise, "-" will be shown.

Works in your "Connections" as well. If you have all the profiles saved in the CRM - you will see these fields for each of them

Examples of Fields You Can Display:



Last Modified Time
You can show a "Last Modified Time" field, which lets you quickly check when the profile was last updated. This ensures you always have the latest information without opening the CRM profile.
How to update a profile

Deal Status (Pipedrive)
You can configure the "Deal Status" field to show whether a lead is marked as "Won," "Lost," or "In Progress." This gives you a real-time view of the lead’s stage in the pipeline, allowing for faster follow-ups.

Lifecycle Stage (HubSpot)
You can display the "Lifecycle Stage" field to see if the contact is a lead, marketing-qualified lead (MQL), or customer. This allows you to tailor your communication based on their stage in the sales funnel.

Job Opening Status (Zoho Recruit)
In Zoho Recruit, you can display the "Job Opening Status" field to know whether a position is still open or has been filled. This helps you stay up-to-date with candidate profiles without accessing the CRM.

Lead Score (Close.io)
Showing the "Lead Score" field from Close.io lets you see how qualified a lead is based on engagement, making it easier to prioritise who to contact next.
