1. Accessing the AI Fields in LinkMatch

Open the LinkMatch Options Page: Visit LinkMatch Options Page, log in, and open your integration settings.

Navigate to Parsing Options: Look for the “Parsing Options” tab or section. This is where you map LinkedIn fields (including AI data) to your CRM fields.

2. Mapping AI Fields in Parsing Options

Locate AI Fields: Scroll all the way down through the list of “LinkedIn Profile Fields” on the right. You’ll see the following AI-specific fields:

3. Detailed Overview of AI Fields

Below is a description of each AI field, how it’s generated, and the data it returns.

Communication Style Preference

Purpose: Assesses the individual’s LinkedIn profile (posts, comments, engagement) to determine their communication style preference.

Analysis Factors: Tone in comments, language complexity, approach to discussions.

Output: One or more of these styles — formal, casual, analytical, data-driven, friendly.* If it’s unclear, LinkMatch will return unclear.

Custom Prompt

Purpose: Allows you to define any question or instruction for the AI to analyze a profile.

What You Control:

Type of information or analysis required (e.g., summarize career history, highlight top skills).

Desired output format (e.g., bullet points, paragraph, numerical rating).

Specific criteria or constraints (e.g., limit text to 200 characters, no extra commentary).

Approval: Your custom prompt is usually approved by our support team within 24 hours. Once approved, the AI will generate answers in the specified format when parsing each profile.

Decision-Maker Influence Score

Purpose: Evaluates the individual’s role in purchasing decisions.

Analysis Factors: Job title, seniority, responsibilities, endorsements, company size, other relevant info indicating decision-making authority.

Output: A numeric score from 1 (minimal influence) to 100 (primary decision-maker with significant authority).

Expected Job Change (months from now)

Purpose: Estimates how soon the individual might be open to changing jobs.

Analysis Factors: Recent transitions, signals of career exploration, stated goals, industry movement.

Output: A number representing the approximate months until a potential job change.

Likelihood to Consider Full-Time Job (%)

Purpose: Indicates the probability (1–100%) that the person might consider full-time opportunities.

Analysis Factors: Current role, employment status, professional activities, industry context, public interests.

Output: A percentage value (e.g., 60%).

Likelihood to Consider Part-Time Job (%)

Purpose: Indicates the probability (1–100%) that the person might consider part-time opportunities.

Analysis Factors: Current work arrangement, career stage, industry market trends, shared interests or goals.

Output: A percentage value (e.g., 35%).

Professional Profile Score

Purpose: Assesses overall professionalism and completeness of the individual’s LinkedIn profile.

Analysis Factors: Work/education details, skills and endorsements, recommendations, profile consistency.

Output: A numeric score (e.g., 1–100) reflecting profile thoroughness.

Short Profile Summary

Purpose: Provides a brief, AI-generated synopsis of the person’s career background, industry expertise, and main achievements.

Analysis Factors: Current position, domain specialization, notable milestones, relevant skill sets.

Output: A short paragraph or bullet points highlighting the individual’s key professional details.

4. Using AI-Enhanced Parsing on LinkedIn

Open a LinkedIn Profile: Once your AI fields are mapped, go to LinkedIn and open any profile.
Click “Add to [Your CRM Name]”: The LinkMatch pop-up window will show mapped fields, including AI results.
Review or Adjust: The AI fields will display automatically. You can make edits before saving if needed.
Save to CRM: Click “Create Contact” (or equivalent) to send all data—including the AI fields—into your CRM.

5. Tips & Best Practices

Craft Specific Prompts: The more precise your custom prompt is, the more accurate the AI output becomes.
Keep Your CRM Updated: If you create new custom fields, remember to refresh the LinkMatch Options Page.
Monitor Accuracy: Regularly review AI results. Consider refining your custom prompts if you notice less-accurate outputs.
Await Prompt Approval: For custom prompts, plan ahead for the 24-hour approval window before they’re live.
