Fields Display Options
How to rearrange and hide fields in your LinkMatch popup:
Locating Fields Display Options
Visit the LinkMatch Options Page: LinkMatch Options Page and click on the section labeled “Fields Display Options.”
Drag and Drop Fields
You will see a list of your CRM fields. Hold and drag any field up or down to reorder how it appears in the LinkMatch popup. This ensures the most important fields are shown at the top when you view or create a record.
Omit Unchecked on Creation
Enable the “Omit unchecked on creation” option so unchecked fields are hidden entirely whenever you create a new contact,. It helps you keep the interface clean and focused on the information you truly need.
Uncheck Unneeded Fields
If certain fields are not necessary, simply remove the checkmark next to them. These fields will not show up when you open or edit a record in LinkMatch.
Refresh LinkedIn
After making changes on the Options page, you must always refresh LinkedIn tabs where you use LinkMatch.
