Changing layouts in LinkMatch for Zoho CRM
Selecting a Different Zoho CRM Contact/Lead Layout
You can select a different Zoho CRM Contact/Lead Layout in the Advanced Settings section on the Options Page.
The selected layout will always be used consistently across your CRM integration unless you change it again.
Switching Between Layouts Requires Reconfiguration
When you switch layouts, you must reconfigure the mapping for fields specific to the new layout.
For example:
If you switch from Layout 1 to Layout 2, you’ll need to map fields for Layout 2.
If you later return to Layout 1, the mapping for Layout 1 will need to be reconfigured unless the fields in both layouts are identical.
To avoid discrepancies, please ensure your field mappings are updated whenever layouts are changed.
